Launching the UCF PTF Summer Youth Work Program: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

Updated: Sep 25

We are excited to announce the launch of the UCF PTF Summer Youth Work Program, on June 10th with the hiring of 140 youth, ages 16 to 18. Over 200 applications were received and reviewed for participation in the UCF-PTF program. This program offers participants the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning, professional development, and mentorship while working on real-world projects that impact their communities.

Through partnerships with local businesses and organizations, the UCF PTF Summer Youth Work Program aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, providing participants with practical tools to navigate their future careers. This is more than just a summer job – it’s a stepping stone toward leadership, confidence, and long-term success.

Stay tuned for more updates as we showcase the remarkable stories and achievements of our participants throughout the summer. We are proud to support the next generation of leaders as they take their first steps into the professional world!
